Thanks KingNyx, I will maybe post a comment on his work. But he's not more advanced as me. He has the same idea for the case, but not done yet !
For the battery, I havn't received mine yet... It takes a long time to come

Yah agreed. Takes a long time for stuff to get places. Ive been waiting for my screen since February 13th. I haven't heard from Orange Pi, So I have no idea if its even coming (That's ok cuz I have a RP2 as a backup).

So, I have received the battery ! XD
But after the first try, I'm a little disappointed. I can only have an output of 19V or 5V (by usb), but no 12V or 16V like the seller says.
With 19V it works, but after 30 min (better than 3min with my old battery) the screen winks: OFF 2s, ON 30s, then re OFF 2s... not very stable, even if the battery is 4/5 full.
The test with the first battery shows that the best voltage was 12V, but at this moment I can't test (even if the seller says that 12V works..)
I maybe get a voltage regulator (19V -> 12V) and test again.

I have also tested the usb consomption (with an usb volt/amper tester), and with the sata ssd, the keyboard and the mouse, only 0.7A @5.05V max, and 0.05A in stand-by. That's the good news...

I have found the cause of the winks !
The display board releases a lot of heat. With a little fan, it's very better.
I have also found a 12V out from the power-bank. I have solder 2 wires and go!

The new autonomy is about 4h15 with the screen

I got mine working with an RP2. 35 hours of battery life on my 9800mah 12v battery.

If you get a 19v -> 12v step down MAKE SURE its a stepping powersupply and not a linear. Wastes a lot of energy as heat otherwise.

Had the same issue with the lcd driver board. used some artic silver alumina and a copper passive cooler and it handles it just fine.
Used a cardboard case because my damn 3D printer nozzle got clogged right up to the threaded bolt so i have to replace the entire nozzle and heater.

I don't use a step down any more. I found on the bank's PCB a 12V entry, so it's more easier now.

It's again 25$ but I have already this one, no heat problem. There's also an audio output (from HDMI), so I could use the orange audio output for an external output.

Now I had to move or/and remove the components I don't use from the board, and the case...
Edit: You're right, finally I need the converter. In fact, the out is 12V without the charger and 19V with the charger...

Some news!
Here the case

ots of work to adapt it, but I can use the internal hub and maybe the potentiometer for the sound volume, and the power-on button.
The red cell is just the backup battery, not the principal one. I will plug the power bank in the 5V normal input, so I could not have the soft gauge. Just led jauge.
