Hi, I'm trying to change the language of "With Ubuntu 15.04 Desktop Mate" in my new Orange PI Plus 2, but I can not do it. Need some help please. Thank you

Run in terminal:

sudo dpkg-reconfigure locales

In case anyone finds this and wonders the same for the OpenWRT images, you'll need to:
- get it booted and connected to the internet
- login to the https://192.168.1.1/cgi-bin/luci/admin/system/opkg page
- click the green button to update packages
- filter (first text box) for luci-i18n-base-en
- click the last button in the list to install
- click the last button on the popup to install
