How to create ssh connection with usb wire only?

when i connect my mobile phone with orangepi zero and try to create ssh connection with 'orangepi@orangepi.local' with password orangepi it create only in one situation i my pi is also connected with ethernet cable or any wifi connection i don't know how to create without any wifi and ethernet cable.

Any one who have better idea?

If you need a console only you can use cheap USB-TTL dongle. It works even before a kernel start, but it idoes not use ssh, its just a serial console.
