I have debian_jessie_mini running on my OPi Plus, got all the programs i want for now running on it, PIP, Flexget, Transmission-Daemon, Transmissionrpc
sorted out the mount points for my external HDD and setup the NFS server for my RPi running Openelec can see the folder and stream videos from it

when i got it running how i wanted, i thought i would put it onto the emmc (save the SD card), so i went ahead and installed it, when it finished i shutdown the OPi, removed the SD card and restarted it
when it rebooted i had no access to SSH, cant see the Transmission web page, cant view Transmission with Transmission Remote GUI, quick port scan shows that port 22 isnt open, 25 is and a few others, but not 22
ok, shut it down again, put the SD card back in and restart, once it has booted, still no access to port 22 or any of the others (Transmission web page, Transmission with Transmission Remote GUI)

so my question is, did i miss something or didnt do something?

Does it actually boot to something? If not, you can see the bootloader process stop if you connect with a serial console (any USB-TTL adapter should work) to your OPI. Hypertrm or putty, 115200-8-n-1.
