You'll need to follow icons cuz we don't know Chinese so take a smart phone and follow the same method.
Find Settings, Languages. and then change the language to English(if there's English)

Both images does not works on my OrangePi PC, it simply does not boot. Lubuntu image for OrangePi2 is working.
Wrong, Lubuntu image for OrangePi PC does not working with 2A power sorce, but working with 1A power source. Android image is not working with both. Shall I use 3A power source?

For Android image .. must be flashed with PhoenixCard application. And don't forget to choose Start up in Write Mode

Thanks! I burned the image with PhoenixCard (as always do for Android images) and "Startip Mode". When I start the device, it show only "Allwinner H3" logo, like in previous times. But when I removed network connection, usb hub and bluetooth dongle (which works in Lubuntu) it is finally booted!
