Hi Steven.
I've read your comment on the cnx-software site -"We will have new model meeting your hope. The price with shipping fee is less $20. Real killer for CHIP. Not RPI2".
What about this? What new model(s)?
Please talk about them.

Many thanks in advance.

Sorry for delay reply.  Our original idea is to do a good job in the hardware platform, many open source developers will do software contribution, at present we need more software work.

if so I would just use linux !!!
RASPBERRY PI perfect !!!! the other torture !!!!
but if it ...

You can use whatever you want to--it is your choice and noone cares what you use on your board.

If Raspberry Pi boards are perfect and other boards are torture--then why you use Orange Pi instead--  "no logic here'.

I would prefer to have better documentation and better software support (not android but linux!) instead of having new hardware poorly supported and poorly documented.
Boards:
orangepi plus, olinuxino A20, cubieboard A10, mele A2000 .....

Can you post link where it was said--I mean comment on CNX ?

Well I totally agree that We do not need to have 100 boards--models and have at same time poor support for them--Like better to have less but with better quality and support--this is one thing.

Another thing--I totally disagree that we need only Linux on Orange Pi boards. Come on guys--let people themself decide what they want to run on their boards. You just give selection of Operating Systems-(Android, Linux, Raaspbian, OpenSuse, Ubuntu Mate, Fedora and rest)--and people will themself decide what they want to install to their SD-card. Why you enforce your choice of Operating Systems to others?

Even Raspberry Pi has wide selection of OSs among which are OpenElec and Kodi(XBMC)--because every person wants to use device for his OWN NEEDS. Like maybe one guy will want to code on his board and another guy will want just to watch videos on KODI or ANDROID.

So lets not limit people by giving to them only Linux. Lets give to people everything we can give and they will decide what they want to install and use.
