The version by Rick for 5+ is the best available. You could contact Rick and ask him to make a build for your SBC.
d1m-0n has a Windows 11 build, probably it is possible to run Android TV subsystem in it. It works pretty well on x86.

There are Android 14 builds by d1m-0n, you could try one of them with an "Android TV -like" launcher:

Not sure if he has the builds for 5b specifically, but you can ask him to make ones.
Otherwise, the best Android TV option that I see is for Rock 5B. The SBC is identical to 5+ but way more expensive.
