Why don't you use latest prebuilt image and enable tv out in script.bin as instructed by FAQ? Other images are generally not supported.

Sorry...
Now i'm just updated my OpenELEC to the latest prebuilt image.
Unfortunately, the problem stays the same. PVR IPTV Simple Client addon shows me playlist, and when i try to start playing video, Kodi still shows me playlist, but i can hear sound.

Try other videos, maybe the problem is in codecs. If it is, behaviour would be the same on HDMI. Try both options.

I found the source of the problem - it was the skin fault... In Confluence video plays well (but Confluence looks terrible on CRT TV...)

orange pi pc,correct script.bin ,work only on boot splash screen than black screen,tried pal ntsc,like described in faq ,last build
