Phoenixcard is only for Android images and nothing else.

Use win32 Imager and burn the image to a microsd card:

Make sure that you use a usb  microsd card reader and not the inbuilt card readers in your laptops as they may not be capable of raw sector writes.

Small info for beginners: (OPi Plus)

.img 20160203 - all USB and LAN are working correctly.
Last .img 20160216 - after booting, the USB and LAN does not work.

SO...
Install 20160203... .img image and update it as described:

Probably due to the wrong script.bin. Can also be fixed by downloading and replacing the correct script.bin.

Will fix the images soon.

Driver has only few predetermined resolution and for our purpose only 720p, 1080p and 4K are usable. It is possible to add another resolution (it was done before), but because lack of documentation is half guessing game. When you are satisfied with the driver, you would also have to update kodi code with this new resolution... Too much work if you ask me.
