oh wow! Way to go Steve!!!
is there any way that we could see a picture/specification of it?

Yes! Way to go away from the customers needs.

Who needs a damn good hardware specification, if the software supported is crappy?
Just look at the Raspbian image: if you type sudo raspi-config you can see how dirty the porting is. they even didnt manage to rename the tool. on the top there stands "bananapi"
Then look at the Lubuntu image: No sound, no hardware acceleration, messed up dependencies when uninstalling apps. there are known wifi networks, even if you had not been connected to any. Last but not least: There is a programm to "prepare for delivery to end-user" and a lot more crappy stuff.

So i am having a really potent peace of hardware (as of it specs it should beat a RPi2 or a BPi in overall performance) and cannot use its full potential, because the producer focuses on flooding the market with devices, that will not work properly.

Please think about your product policy as you can see a lot of people are dissapointed.
And of course: If you advertise that raspbian, lubuntu and debian are working on any of the H3 devices, you are frauding people. Because it is not working properly..

ANd you shoud upload lubuntu_v0.9 to goolge drive too (there is just a link to the v0.8 image). Baidu download does not work.
I am building a german forum on at http://forum-orangepi.de

We have finished all board base H3. We have stopped to design the new board base H3. We  are very sorry that the software part is not perfect. We will try our best to improve the software.  Orange Pi PC  and Orange Pi Plus 2 are making.

Open your eyes|
on page 1 there are pictures!

And for specifications, simply :
Orange PI PC = Orange PI2 mini - Usb Hub
Orange PI PC = 2 usb host ports and 1 usb OTG port

Orange Pi Plus 2 = Orange Pi Plus + 1 GB ram
Orange Pi Plus 2 = 2 GB ram

For the Software part you need to make it yourself!

Yeah, and whats the price you pay for this cheap low priced hardware?
Still some old 3.4 kernel sources, if you want use some newer hardware with you board you need to backport the driver if you are capable.
rockchip, amlogic, actions semi and others have 3.10 or 3.14 kernel sources.
Still some old android 4.4 SDK come on this is a new chip. rockchip amlogic and others comes with full fledged android 5 or 5.1 SDK with your new chips.
This is a dev board, you can not attach a lcd screen. H3 is designed for OTT boxes.
Buy a cheap H3 OTT box for 30$ and you have a case, power supply and remote control or buy a raspberry pi 2 that has mainline kernel support does not overheat and "works better".
