As many of us got the same problem, it could be a firmware issue ? Is there a way to update it ?

By the way, my Orange Pi PC is a v1.2, and I got a sticker with the number 90260 on the back.

Hope this could help...

I've tested OPI PC with my images and all 3 USB host ports & OTG port works.
You have to use the rig ...

@Loboris I have read that all the USB ports and the Ethernet work.

My procedure was the following:

1- Download from MEGA the debian 8 Jessie.

2-Extract the file to get .img file.

3-Use Win32 to burn the image to the SD card.

4-When the image was successfully burned on the SD card I went to the BOOT partition and delete all files but uImage for the OPi 2(I used that one because that´s what the thread said) and rename it to just uImage and the other file was the script.bin.OPi_PC_720x1080 and also rename it to script.bin

5-Plug the SD card on the OPi PC and power it on and all worked BUT only with a 7 USB port hub.

What did I do wrong?

I got the same board. I think all of us are getting the same boards.
I was thinking that it could be the script.bin file and the uImage.

I installed OrangePI_Ubuntu_Vivid_Mate.img provided by Loboris and this time it works:  ethernet is functional on my OrangePi PC!

@Loboris I have read that all the USB ports and the Ethernet work.

My procedure was the following ...

After burning the image to the SDCard, download scriptbin_kernel.tar.gz from Mega or GoogleDrive.
It contains the latest kernel and script.bin
Unpack and copy uImage_OPI-2 to sdcard fat partition, rename to uImage.
Copy script.bin.OPI-PLUS_xxxxpyy to sdcard fat partition, rename to script.bin.
You may also copy the lib directory to the linux partition (if you are on Windows, do it after booting to OPI).

All USB ports should work

I have exactly the same problem.  Ethernet lights are turned on but no activity, it seems that interface is deactivated somehow. And the LED on my router shows the cable is disconnected. And at the same time official Lubuntu works fine with the ethernet.

I had the same problem .

Solution worked .. all 3 usb ports are working ..

Only thing missing in the kernel now seems to be  cdc_usb support is missing

My usb device needs it .. to make  dev/ttyACMX ...

The mistake that I made with loboris's files is assuming that the partition that windows mounts is the boot partition, when in fact it is NOT!
The 'windows mounted' directory gets mounted in linux as /media/boot not /boot
That's maybe a bit confusing, at te very least it had me going for a while ...
