I couldn't cancel my order because it was supposed to be already send, order change to shipping status ,tracking number was only reserved (information received) & not send
you can't cancel an order after shipping.

Happened to me as well. Xunlog just tries to fool their customers with dishonesty and some trolls try to excuse that behaviour.

It may be because of the Chinese New Year.
Oh, it MUST be, the title said that.

You may want to ask the seller to Extend the Purchase Protection Period.
(It would normally takes 1 to 4 months to arrive from China, but it may be just my country)
Then if you still don't get it, remember to Open Dispute for Full Refund few days before the ((extended) extended) Purchase Protection ends.
That's how I use AliExpress.

I'm disagree with some posts (just my opinion), I already bought (& received) 3 Orange pi, I know what I bought (H3 & A20 with limited official support and not a RPI board with BCM) but datasheets (excepted UM for H3) & schematics are availables (instead of RPI), for me the best dev. board in this range (price/quality/performance) is Orange PI PC. However Xunlong should have a better communication & find solutions to solve overflow situation (exist before & after China new year)
Note : I already have RPI & RPI 2 (& ODROID-C1 but now shipping is too expensive), but I prefer OPI (I don't like the choices to keep DDR2 & LAN9514 in RPI 2/3 but BCM SOC have only 1 USB & no LAN) , it's a big challenge to do a H64 dev. board better than OPI PC with reduced price like Pine64 (an OPI PC 64 2GB Gigabyte lan)
