It's kinda a matter of Microsoft is going to dev for that device. They made Windows 10 work in Raspberri Pi. So Microsoft might be starting to work on single board support a bit. incidentally Windows 10 for Raspberry is still free to best of my knowledge. I read about that when the technical preview was going on.

Mostly I think they did pi because Windows market share of single board computers is basically non-existent. I mean who would pay $200 for software for a $35 board? It's not something they are going to make a lot of money on. They know it.

Short answer is NO.
Long one follows: Windows 10 Desktop thing that you're used to is never going to work on OrangePi OR Raspberry. For Raspberry they've ported something like basic core of win10. From what I've heard you mostly interact with it through browser and still cannot do much. Even if it somehow gets miraculously ported to OrangePi we've got not much use of it/need in it.

So NO, no Fallout 4 on Orange Pi.

Definitely not the desktop version, if that's what you mean. So far the only ARM platform supported by MS is Snapdragon 8xx, and it's still in the works.

There is a community buitd of Windows 10 IoT for Pine A64. I haven't had a chance to try it, but apparently it is listed on MS website as unverified port, but it already got the MS Azure IoT certification, which means it should work.
But as with any other distro there might be a slight issue of running the USB 2.0 hub at boot.

I wish Xulong pulled their heads out of their asses and started working on software and support for all of their gazzilion boards.

Try Windows on the Pi FREE and you will see that thier is nothing to be exited about a little while back when the win boards were intrduced windows said they will not support it.
