Orange Pi Zero 3 - PC6 pullup?

Hi! The schematic of OP Zero 3 shows a 10K pull-up resistor from PC6 to +3V3, but when I configure the pin as input, I need to pull it down with a 100R resistor to read as zero. By my calculations, that would mean the pull-up is actually 1K or less. Can anyone please confirm this or let me know if there's anything that could be happening?
