3.5 inch RPi LCD V3.0 - Interface possible?

Can anyone identify this screen?
I'm unable to find any references to KeDei etc.

Which apparently links to the driver, I've not tried this as I doubt it'll work.

Is this likely going to work with the OPI, when I connect it only the white backlight comes on.

Isn't that Waveshare SpotPear? Or so suggests link to docs on the forum.
