Loboris,

You are one of the main kernel builder for OPI_H3, and I'd like to have your opinion on a  ...

I have analog audio (via audio jack) working on my OPI-PLUS, but I don't know if I've changed something in the default pulseaudio configuration.
I'll investigate it and post the results.
The problem is not related to script.bin or kernel.
Most important, it can work.

UPDATE

Kali Linux 2.0 uploaded to  Mega

Added script.bin files which should work with hdmi->dvi adapters (thanks @zipob), please test.
Download scriptbin_kernel.tar.gz from  Mega  or Google Drive (GitHub sources updated too).
Included script.bin.OPI-<board>_480p_dvi works well with 5" or 7" hdmi display ( 7", 5", 5" with case ) (thanks @Jacaranda)

Question:
What Version is the fastest?
What are the advantages between ubuntu, kali, fedora.

I need a ROM for using OPI as thin client and use now Ubuntu With xfce.
Fast refresh oft the Monitor would be nice.

Thank you for informations

There is not much difference in performance between the distributions.
The differences/advantages between them on OrangePi are more or less the same as on any other platform ...
I don't understand what do you mean by "Fast refresh of the Monitor".

Resize SD?
Fedora22_Mate boots ok and Internet works. (thanks to loboris)
But:
Applications/System Tools/Mate Terminal:
sudo fs_resize  (with Password orangepi)
results in
sudo: fs_resize: command not found
(SanDisk Ultra 16GB Class10)

I search and find fs_resize in /usr/local/bin

[root@OrangePi orangepi]# sudo fs_resize
sudo: fs_resize: command not found

How do I use my 16GB?  Disk Usage Analyser shows capacity: 3.6GB

OrangePI-PC_Ubuntu_Vivid_Mate:
boots Ok
fs_resize works ok on 8GB SanDisk
but no Internet, with same Hardware-configuration as Fedora22_Mate, where Internet works, but fs_resize does not work.(Ubuntu_Vivid_Mate shuts down with Kernel panic-not syncing, red LED stays on;  while Fedora22 shuts down completely with red LED off)

PS: I re-assembled Ubuntu_Vivid_Mate from image and script and uimage and now Ethernet/Internet works. (something missing from OrangePI-PC_Ubuntu..?)

To resize the fs on Fedora you must run fs_resize with full path:
  1. sudo /usr/local/bin/fs_resize
Copy code

If ethernet does not work, you probably have the wrong script.bin in your fat partition.
The wrong script.bin can also cause kernel panic on shutdown/reboot.
