OPI WIN PLUS installing an os for raspberry pi

Hello everyone,I am new at coding and

I bought OPI win Plus and I want to install pardusARM.It is for raspberry pi 3 .
Is there a way to install it on OPI win?

Usually software is not competible. If you have time, trying it to check the result also ok.

Usually refering to compilation part of the user manual would help. However, it would take much time if you do it by yourself.
