I am having problems with loading raspbian, arch linux and every other os except armbian, so someone recommended me that i should get a usb uart adapter for debugging so i could see what's wrong, but the adapter has four wires black, red, white and green which i don't know to which exact three pins at the ethernet port should i connect them and what command should i use on putty terminal emulator to see what errors i am getting, so can someone help me with that?

My board is orange pi one

Thanks in advance

The difference is not something one person can understand and fix.
