3G-iot jumper settings

Hi,
I hve looked for the function of the jumpers, and I am unable to work out what is the correct position for flashing from usb, or booting from sd card.
There are a number of pictures
Page 16 of this manual shows one orientation

could you tell me what the jumpers do in each position

There is a post elsewhere which tries to explain, but the image is labeled in Chinese.   

For downloading over the micro USB connector, jumper 1-3 and 2-4 (labeled as "OTG" mode).   To use the larger Type-A USB connector for a keyboard & mouse, jumper 3-5, 4-6.   

One of the photos in the manual shows 1-2, 3-4 which shorts out the D-/D+ pins on the micro connector and the chip -- so you have no data on either port, but either port should allow power IN (to supply the Orange Pi).

What jumpers are you talking about? Could you show screenshots?
