Dear sirs:
I've recently bought a Orange Pi PcPlus.
I've tried to install Lubuntu and Debian as your user manual indicates.
Both O.S. boots well. I could upgrade satifactorily... but both doesn't work.

Lubuntu:
doesn't remember the wifi password
Firefox crashes in the beginning
the boot partition is small
doesn't remember the wifi password

This is an absolute disater. No info. No answer. a SCAM a FRAUD.
Very very very bad image of your company.
I want a refound MY MONEY !!

It is an open secret that the software support of the board ventor is quite poor. Fortunately linux mainline support is doing well for the H3 SoC.

Armbian Mainline and Legacy are both pretty good to use on the Orange Pi models.
