RK3399 and Cellular data

I had originally assumed this device had the 4G feature embedded (like the 4G-IOT, ...), but on looking closer it seems you have to add this via an external Mini PCIe card plus installing the SIM in the included slot.  Is this correct?

I have also seen comments that the device did not support cellular bands in the US, but if you are adding the feature via an external card wouldn't that be dictated by the selected card?

Ah yes, my fault.

I have sim card of course, as i have mobile phone.

I means here the extension board has the sim slot, but i cannot manage to use it
