Who can build ubuntu on OPi One Plus H6 with GPU driver?

As I imagine Ubuntu with userspace GPU driver doesn't exist
Meanwhile I saw in xunlong kernel repository kernelspace midgard driver.

It means, that it is possible to build the kernel with midgard MALI T720 support.
The issue is usersapce driver.
I asked ARM for userspace driver. They answered that they do not provide userspace driver to individuals.
So I have to ask driver from hardware manufacturer.

I'm looking for an expert who knows where to get (or how to build) libMali.so for H6 platform.

Can you advise me souch people?
Or may be the work has been done already?
