Dear admin,

Just want to ask, there are two points on the circuit board of OrangePi 4G-IoT to connect battery.

What kind of battery is expected? Is it for 5V or Lithium battery (4.2V) ?

The Andorid keeps on complaining battery low when boot up.

The manual that you can download has this to say

Battery in for power:
Usually use 3.7V battery to solder on the back side of the development board.

That's what I can say about it:
My device did not work with battery of 3.7(4.2)V. But then I connected it via Charger Module for Arduino ( aliexpress.com/item/Smart-Electronics-5V-Micro-USB-1A-18650-Lithium-Battery-Charging-Board-With-Protection-Charger-Module-for/32581897427.html?spm=a2g0v.10010108.1000016/B.1.10d46ceaqVOFah&isOrigTitle=true ). Took on Orange PI 4G_IOT power from the contacts OUT, and the Board itself is powered by an external power supply of 5V. And then the device is working by the battery. I can't explain it, but the contacts OUT the same voltage as the battery, but the device works!
