accordind to the armbian forum (see here), zador.blood.stained said: "CVBS video output is simply not supported on current development Armbian images for H5 based devices. It can be added in theory (or ported from older video driver which had the support), but currently AFAIK nobody is working on it and it's not a high or medium priority task compared to other ongoing development problems."

I have the opi PC and that port has never worked on any of the images I've tried. In fact, other problems I've had is the power button never worked from day one, the USB port to the right of the ethernet port, seems to only works when it wants to, and only with a keyboard, and only for a couple keys.  I have owned the thing for three years now almost and I haven't really used it much since the first few weeks because it kernel panics when I try to shutdown from terminal and always seems to take forever to boot again..

Oh and I never had to use the ethernet port before until I misplaced my USB wifi adapter, the lights just stay on and don't flicker during network check at boot. It detects it's there software wise, but it always crashes in the software every 5-10 minutes, or always says it's been disconnected from the network, when it's never been hooked up to the network from eth0... I think I got sold a lemon
