I've test 4K and 1080P playback.

I think Android(2015-03-24 image) is not for H3.

Well H3 CPU has built in hardware h265 decoder---so it can at least play 1080p/H265 videos--do not know if with 60 or 30 FPS, probably 30--because it has HDMI 1.4 and not HDMI2.0. But anyway--it possibly could decoded 1080P/H265/60 and display it as 1080P/H265/30.
THe only problem is--it has to be initiated by cool devs in Android build.
I am not sure if H3 has real 4k support--but at least H265 up to 1080P should for sure.
