Mali config issues

Hi all, i was porting my ubuntu img from cubieboard to orange pi...all worked fine at first attempt, except the video files
After several test, i found that the problem is mali settings in script.bin file: if i set it to use hdmi and vga at the same time, i cannot play movies with mplayer (black screen) coz framebuffer has not enough memory (it is shared between the two output).
So, i hope you know a way to fix this, or otherwyse we have to use only one output in case we want to use op as media player, or we can use it as media server enabling the dual outpt.
Two other things: i was not able to activate composite output, someone has it working? And after last upgrade, when i run es2gears or glmarks-2es i have a seg fault, i's only my issue?
