Opi+2 not detected on computer

Hi.

I try to flash another rom and it's seems that i need to connect my orangepi plus 2 to my computer with micro usb cable. I tried with my windows 10 and another xp computer but with no succes, none of the 2 computers detects the board, nothings happens.

Before i connect the orange pi i push the update button and connect power cord, then the red light is flashing...

Don't know what i'm doing wrong, i'm ok with flashing phones and tablets as i'm doing this sometimes but here i don't understand..

Can someone help me? (Hope my english is good, i'm french)

Hello. I have the same situation on opi+2 board. Not windows nor linux has detected the board via micro usb.

And also, how the power button must behaving itself?
After shutdown, i need to reconnect the power cord to run board again. Button is just don't work. Is it normal?

I have the same situation with original ROM, but i've seen that when i wan't to shutdown, i longpress the power button then menu appears with question "do you wan't to shutdown ?", i click yes and then it's correctly off. If i press power button then it's starts normally

I tried to install new ROM with microsd card but phoenixcard always finish with "error" without another detail. So it's not easy to know what i'm doing wrong.

I have been unsuccessful in using Phoenix Suite in any way on Windows 10. Is there an update package I cannot find?
