Orange will be analise all parameters and settings so can be show tu optimal settings to gain minimum fuel consumption or maximum power.

Not to discourage you, but I think use of OPI will be too much, normally CR Injection system will use micro-controller(MCU) Instead CPU, there are many good reason to use MCU's e.g. price, stability, high durability, extreme temperature tolerance, etc.

you're right but MCU can be tu slow if I want to analise every parameters in real time and display them on LCD, also is dificult to create new board for begining and need a lot of time , and for one profect
