I can't get this image to work with VPN apps, has anyone tried?

Yes, I am unable to get this image to work with any VPN apps too, I had tried it with OpenVPN Connect and OpenVPN for Android.Nevertheless, this image is a wonder.

I've finally got this working on my OPi PC and it's a great ROM.  Worth mentioning to any others struggling to get this working that the power supply needs to be absolutely right, there's not much latitude for error, as has been reported by others.  I tried a Samsung 5.3V 2A and it would freeze at the Google TV screen during boot.  An HTC 5V 1A kept turning off during boot - understandably - and am now using a PSU as per the spec of 5V 2A which - not surprisingly - works!  Also seems to need a full SD card format as others have said.

One thing that isn't working is the power switch.  It is effective in powering down but won't complete a full boot when powering back up.  Any ideas?  I've installed a Power control app instead.

I also haven't managed to get WiFi working with a couple of generic dongles.  Are there any drivers which can be loaded?

Wifi:  which wifi USB dongles have you got to work?
How?
I have three different dongles, none I could get to work:
How I tried:
Settings/TurnOff Ethernet/ turnOn Wi-Fi
None of my wifi connections show to my Netware router; none show in Connected Devices.
I tried to boot with dongles in, no LAN wired connections: still none of the dongles (one by one ) worked.
dongles I tried:
Bus 002 Device 004: ID 0bda:8176 Realtek Semiconductor Corp. RTL8188CUS 802.11n WLAN Adapter
Bus 002 Device 006: ID 148f:7601 Ralink Technology, Corp. MT7601U Wireless Adapter
Bus 002 Device 007: ID 0bda:8172 Realtek Semiconductor Corp. RTL8191SU 802.11n WLAN Adapter

I had tried to edit the settings and save to another image, unfortunately the new image won't be able to get burn into the sdcard successfully.

Anyway, just share with you my direction in intending to resolve this 'wifi' thingy in my OrangePi PC.

Thanks

Just added cooling fins to the processors on my Pi PC and am surprised at how hot they are after 5 mins playing videos. Clearly doing their job. Is this normal or is the ROM running hot?

Did anyone find how to change the power button to go into sleep mode instead of showing the shutdown dialogue?

Thanks. Yup it indeed works.
Wow this image is good, it works with my wireless mouse and ir remote too. If only it works with my wifi adapter, that will be excellent.

Short press the power button to sleep, long press power button to open the shutdown dialog window.
