I actually don't care too much about DVB-T, I just reported what I tested to help you guys :-)
I'm still quite noobish in building stuff en even more noobish at dev. I am however quite familiar with Linux (and Android). Whish I could help, but not enough experience to do that.

BTW: any idea why my home-built images come out as "r1", while it should be "r22064". At the moment it's really stock without any changes.

Jernej,

The latest images has some issue with 4K display support. Tested screen modes 0x1c/0x1d/0x1 ...

I can confirm this... I compiled an image from  github's latest sourcesto try the latest PVR fix, but something's wrong with the display.
At first I thought something went wrong with the compilation, so cleaned up everything and tried again, but still the same problem.

it looks like it only has 256 colors or something..everything looks green.

Please manually compile script.bin and replace it. Currently, the build system has a difficulties with refreshing script.bin. I had the same issue until I figured out that enabling HDMI->DVI caused this issue.

If you want to play, you can revert commit 292b76c18c59b597ac213aa68528dbe10b1fc8cd and try to buil ...

Spent all day "playing" with this. It really took me a lot more time than what i thought. It required some little edits but now it works
Finally i can use my USB DVB-T stick with OrangePi.
I've sent a pull request. Hope all is ok.

Now i'm going to see if channel switching works after some setup..

I updated the patch. Can you please pull latest changes and test again? As I said in my previous p ...

Channels switching seems still broken.I'm using addons from:

When i change channel without stopping it:

- KODI starts buffering the new one for half a sec
- I see some green/purple stripes.. (graphic corruption..)
Sometimes audio of new channel starts playing but the video is corrupted..
Other time (the majority) KODI freezes without producing any log.

It's a pity i couldn't get any log. Can i do any other test?

Can you try fresh build with latest changes on a fresh install?

I think that problem is with support for resolution/refresh rate changing. Once you change resolution and/or refresh rate, Kodi saves it to configuration file. When you change resolution with script.bin, Kodi will try to set the old one. I fixed fbdev driver, fixed kodi support and yesterday I found out that there is still a bug in mali driver, so I must implement a workaround in Kodi to solve this.

Power button is still not working

The reason for this is most probably mainline U-Boot. Allwinner's version has a lot of hacks for such things. Be patitent, eventually there will be support. Till then, do a proper shutdown and unplug device

Please compile the latest plugin yourself. That way we can be sure that plugin is not the root cause. Instructions are in FAQ.

You can help me if you enable debug log in system settings. After you trigger your bug, share complete /storage/.kodi/temp folder where logs resides.

I think that this is different problem than the one I fixed. Most probably is the problem with flushing and reconfiguration of video decoder. Have both channels same resolution?

I've already tried building myself but still crashes. I tried to add some workaround in the plugin itself but no way.
The problem is that when Kodi freezes seems that log isn't saved. I will try again.

No. Switching to same resolution channel.
Thank you.
