Working USB WiFi Adapter list:
------DEVICE---------------CHIPSET----------NW STD ----------------- ...

I'm pretty sure that his TP-LINK TL-WN727N has no Mediatek MT7601 chipset (based on a log). Different revisions of this dongle have different chipset. You can reference your post in FAQ section after correction.

I uploaded new images with new Kodi 16 RC 3. I also added PVR addons.

Can someone please test MT7601U wifi dongle? I have suspicion that it won't work. If it doesn't, please also provide dmesg output.

Thanks for the reply.

I will try the script.bin approach and report my findings.

Do you have any plans to support 4K?  May I be of assistance?  I'm working on a proof of concept that requires 4K video playback using the HVEC decoder and not finding much luck on images with that configuration.

I will prepare a patch with 4K support. If your tests will pass, I will put it in my repo.

EDIT: Here is experimental 4K patch: https://mega.nz/#!UUJyyI7b!Ib061 ... HLzK3WPjxHsDLS5iOEA

Just replace the patch with the same name in projects/H3/patches/kodi You should also adapt script.bin screen0_output_mode value with one of the following values:
- 0x1c for 4K @ 30Hz
- 0x1d for 4K @ 25Hz
- 0x1e for 4K @ 24Hz

Downscaling is also disabled.

I'm looking forward to hear your results.
