No entirily sure, there is a "3840X2160" option, but tops at 30fps, it seems. Read the links that i put out in this thread and you can figure it out, i think.

I implemented support for it, but since I don't own any such TV/display, I can't test it. Someone said that it doesn't work, but I'm not really sure and I don't see why it wouldn't. I would be glad if you test it. Check this: https://github.com/jernejsk/OpenELEC-OPi2/issues/29

Did you manage to achieve anything? I'm in the process of porting EDID resolution support from legacy kernel 3.4 for A20. It will took some time, but it hopefuly ease resolution enumerating/switching in Kodi and bring additional resolutions support.

Strange, i copy the file and restart the OPI(take the plug form the outlet and then reinsert), but it seems that the system doesn't update. Its only show update avaible in the top, but don't actually update or restart. Then i go to the folder and i get 2 file saying "KERNEL.md5" and "SYSTEM" that is a few megabytes large. I go to the system options and i see that the version installled it still the same one that i let out some time ago.

Am i doing something wrong?
