The saga continues. Orange Pi User Manual is confusing, I have to download several tools to make the image bootable. After I calmed myself and realized at least we have finally linux, guess what. MTK driver tool install on the link you provided "mega.nz/#F!WGwUhAZJ!xcc_4wd_UG_0OLruixz3ww!rGhSzJBL" is infected. It contains DDoS:Win32/Nitol.A so congratulations. I'm absolutely done with you. I'm sending UNUSED board back and requesting my money back. Have a nice business.

What is the "ubuntu-desktop.img" in the Liine 56 of the Build Script? It is not in the download file.

4G-iot console displays some noise (it's Orange 4G-IoT with written 4G_linux_v01.img on a SD card). Look at pictures below.
What are the correct settings for serial console?

It cannot find the ubuntu-desktop.img in this line, running your tar-image.sh
