I am using the "OpenELEC-OPi2.arm-7.0-devel-20151211000653-r21671-g0770e97" image install on a Orange Pi PC (I know this image is supposed to be for a Orange Pi 2, but I don't mind to only have 1 working USB port)
1920x1080@60 works fine on my end.

@khoavn could be i only changed kernel not the linux-driver and linux-firmware folder wich you need changed to get your wifi working i think.

I dont know where you get this because in the LibreElec Page i cannot find it , but Works Perfect even been a Beta !

All that i want , Kodi 17 , Joystick Support that works perfect , I have installed RetroArch Modules , so i have Snes , Nes , Sega, Mame , PSX , all inside my kodi and working perfect in the Orange Pi One"

It is possible, but I won't do it as I said few posts back... My interest has shifted. But it is not hard to do it by yourself if you are interesting enough. Usually people buy SBCs like OrangePi to do or learn something and prebuilt images take this fun away.
