Hi! I tried to run latest and previous build on my opi pc, but I always get stuck on openelec splash ...

Could be also SD card related. Anyway, the only way to debug boot issues is connecting serial cable to board and monitor output during boot. That should indicate the problem pretty quickly.

Source are here:

OpenELEC build system is pretty easy once you spend few days exploring it. In all this time, in which you waited somebody to do it for you, I guess you could easily learn. After that you would have a knowledge to port also some other program... I draw the line at addons. I refused to fix/make many others in the past.

BTW, I don't completely understand your last sentence.

It looks like normal boot sequence for me. What is the problem?

UPDATE

I was able to bool older version of openelec without hdmi and network and added logs of kodi to gist.
With hdmi connected i cant get openelec running.

Some people reported that HDMI CEC prevents Kodi to work. Maybe you can disable it, but this is chicken - egg problem. Please try on another display or you can build your own image without CEC support.

Logs don't show anything suspicious. Crashlog would be more helpful, if you have it at all, in same folder as ordinary log.

Good news. wi-fi/8188eu fixed in r23115. Problem with eth still present (lucky me). It's kinda hard to reproduce issue with eth0. It's just happennig sometimes (5min / 5 hours / etc). Btw now i have running OPiPC with "dead" ethernet and alive wifi. If you need any information from running system let me know.

> Are you sure that older images don't have same issue?

No. r23113 my first OpenELEC image for OPiPC.

upd

  * wifi working, but speed is very very low. opipc next to router. buffering every 1-3 sec in video addons Vimeo/YouTube.
  * no dlna. Can't connect to previosly added/used lan dlna server, can't add new one. dlna server working.

Can you please tell me why I can't play this file? The audio works, but there is blank screen. Video playback time is also stuck. It doesn't increment per second.

Why not? I thought it could play anything. It can play 4k, why can't it play a 10bit h265 file? Just want to be clear because there is also some episodes of a TV series in h265 and 10bit encoding which are also not playing fine. They have a very strange purple color in the video.
