Ubuntu Jammy Desktop 1.1.6 new user gnome crash

I tried to create new user instead of using the `orangepi` default user from the image version 1.1.6

But then when i try to login using the new user, it just say "Something wrong" and throw me back to login screen
This only happened in Gnome desktop. i tried to install KDE plasma and XFCE, both working fine for the new user.
Is there a way for me to debug this? Please help

i ends up using the fresh raw image from https://github.com/Joshua-Riek/ubuntu-rockchip
