KSWAPD issue noticed that if I stop and restart kodi sometime it goes away..
when rebooting then it returns to 100%
You can try yourself I have disabled samba and zeroconf services and then from console (ssh or serialdebugport)
systemctl stop kodi
systemctl start kodi

cputemp with kswapd at 100% = 65C (kodi idle)
cputemp with kswapd at 0% = 52C (kodi idle)

Hi, as we have already written, it is well known bug with kswapd.
It is wealth of information on the Web.
I did some tests and I have a request to check both settings at the same time:

[root @ orangepi~] # cat /etc/sysctl.d/10-swap.conf
vm.swappiness = 1
vm.vfs_cache_pressure = 1

From my observations on Fedora 23 and kernel3.4.39-02-lobo, that these settings give the best results.

This is not of course solve the problem, rather the bypass and this settings also may seem controversial.
The fact, however, is that the system is much more responsive with these settings.

Well, I don't know if someone has noticed that I have removed my H3 branch from my openelec fork.
That's due the fact that I dont' want give help to support the use of the propietary AW-codec (binary-blobs).
We have a opensource implementation that should be used and improved instead:
