Hello friends, I came to disturb much at all! joke!
I'm from Brazil (Rio de Janeiro) and finally aft ...

What power supply are you using? Is it possible for you to try a different one? I never had power suplly problems with my Orange Pis, but this would be my first guess in this case. Just as an example, all of my Raspberry Pis had problems with several power supplies, until I gave them all 5V5A power supplies each!

OPi 2. OPi-PC, OPi+2E, OPi-PC2

The same thing happened with me, actually i was messing with the OS. I have an OPI Lite and i used OPI PC android image coz Lite offical OS sucks. Tried to boot but no LED, no nothing for a second i thought i lost my board. Again i used the official OS for Lite (which again totally sucks) and it was working fine. My suggestion is to try the official image and format your TF from the start.
