How to install Lazarus?

How to install lazarus on OPI PC?
I have follow instruction for Raspi 2, but failed on make FPC ....

I'm usung Lazarus on my images (Ubuntu 15.04) without any problem, and it works great.
Just install from official Ubuntu repository.
I would sugest to add 1GB swap file, for big projects and rebuilding Lazarus itself it requires lot of memory.

I will try on Lubuntu from your image first.
btw : how to resize swap file ?

sudo dd if=/dev/zero of=/swapfile bs=1M count=<size_in_MB>
sudo mkswap /swapfile
