Ping... (just to stay updated on this thread). Would like to know the state of the CE/FCC Certification as well, rather for the OrangePiZero LTS, though. Worryingly silent from the orangepi guys.

Thanks to the support from orangepi I found the CE/FCC certificate in their downloads section: http://www.orangepi.org/downloadresources/
It's not very obvious but CE can can found under `CERT-S19121703103.pdf`.
