Connect Orange Pi Plus to DVI monitor using HDMI port

I've attached Raspberry PI's designed TFT LCD 800x480 (Waveshare) with HDMI connector and managed it to work with script.bin settings like:

I have updated the drivers of the monitor and now it woks.
But, I have another problem.
I am unable to see movies in HD, because my Orangepi plus is unable to hold the  display setting to 1080, it remains in 720
