H.265/HEVC support

Hi
I have the Orange Pi Plus board.
How can I enable the H.265/HEVC support? I followed this instruction without success.

No hardware video accelerate in Linux. Now in android only.

Does the HDMI audio work in Android? Because I cannot hear any audio even with Android.

With KODI i see movie on TV. All is ok with sound.
