It's possible that your memory chips are too different or faulty. Did you try to boot Armbian? It uses different bootloader and settings are also slightly different than on the stock bootloader?

I have tried almost every armbian, with different sdcards either comes back with ### ERROR TRY RESETING BOARD ###
or dram size =1 and then stops

Actually now that you mention the different rams, it seems they do have a different codes on them???
TOP OF BOARD RAM
SEC 704
K4B2G16
4GF BYMA
Y9K1379TC

BOTTOM OF BOARD RAM
SEC 704
K4B2G16
4GF BYMA
Y9K0399LC

not sure if this would cause it?

Hi,
you wrote that your power supply is rated 5V3A 'reads solid': what voltage did you read and where did you measure it?

Thank you.
Just to make sure there is no problem with the power supply side, I hope you use a 'big' enough power cable (rated >2A).

Otherwise I hope you are still in the timeframe to raise a dispute on aliexpress, as it looks that your RAM might be damaged.
