Do you have any output at the UART port?

Which version of the Zero do you have? There are 5 different ones.

Which image do you use?

If you have a version with Ethernet port, did you try to connect to it from a PC via SSH (you need a cross cable to connect direct or via a switch/hub with a normal cable)? I do not have a Zero, so I do not know if SSH runs via wlan in the setup configuration.

If not, do you have a TTL to USB adapter? With that you can connect to it via the UART port to a PC.

Did you activate the video out (by adding the line"tv") in etc/modules?
If you use armbian.
This might be different on other distros/images.
(I have no Zero to check this)

Connecting your Orange Pi Zero to a TV via AV cable can be tricky. Ensure the cable is securely plugged into both devices. Also, double-check the TV's input source to ensure it's set to AV. If the issue persists, review the  cell phone service providers   Orange Pi's settings to configure the display output correctly.
