We are looking at potentially using the Orange Pi Zero in a consumer product. The product has already been successfully crowdfunded. We noticed that all Orange Pi boards have FCC/CE markings, but the available certificates (http://www.orangepi.org/download/FCCCERTIFICATION.pdf) are for models which do not have Wi-Fi. I also did not find any certification information on the XR819 Wi-Fi chip used in the Zero. Does anyone know if the OPi Zero is FCC/CE certified? And if so, are there any documents available that we can use?
Ideally we would like to go the DoC route with FCC by using all certified components in an assembly. But if the Zero has no such certification we would have to go through the process with the whole device. With the board being so price competitive it would be a shame if we couldn't use it in our product.

@SlowBro, the solution we used was to buy a lot of Orange Pi One units and equip them with a pre-certified Wi-Fi adapter from EDUP. The FCC certification of the product in this configuration was a little over $1,500 in WA state. We also added an FE1.1-based USB hub to add USB ports. It all came out to be fairly economical.
