I'm here because I wanted to know the consumption of the Opi Zero, now I received it, and I can answer...
I have the USB/TVout/mic PCB into the Opi Zero and the idle consumption (with wifi connection, without USB devices) is ~210mA During the boot, the consumption is up to 500mA
I hope it can help some people like me who have a look to plug with a battery.
I have a 512MB model with ARMBIAN connected to a WD Node Zero (for electricity and data). During the booting process jump to around 400mA and while IDLE (including WIFI) a variable range (140 mA - 260 mA, usually more around 160 mA).
In this case, the Orange Pi Zero si working as a Router for a Raspberry Pi Zero located in the WD Node Zero machine. Internal temperature is about 42 celsius degrees, at around 240MHz (according with armbianmonitor -m).
