orange pi pc (rasbian) ssh-server not working

i installed rasbian in my orange pi pc. And they said ssh server pre installed in it. currently i have no hdmi  cable so i want to access the ssh of orange pi ... But when i try to connect with putty it failed to connect ssh server....
Does it really have pre-installed ssh-server or not.... if yes why i cant access ssh.. Plz help

Armbian is definitively a much robust OS for the OPiPC; however, we should try to stick to the question that is posted in the thread.

This person is specifically trying to understand how to do something with Raspbian.

I think it would be good for the OPi community to actually try to help people solve and document issues with OSes that are made available instead of just pushing another one.
