Orange Pi 4A: no sound via HDMI in Debian

I have a problem with Orange Pi 4A: there is no sound via HDMI in Debian image. This is definitely not hardware issue: the same hardware works fine with Ubuntu image.

I tested out HDMI sound in Debian even with user manual example:

1. root@orangepi:~# aplay -D hw:2,0 /usr/share/sounds/alsa/audio.wav

with no effect. Alsamixer settings are the same in both ubuntu and debian. Audio interfaсe is selected as HDMI.

Any suggestion?
