Ugly horizontal video artifacts on some movies

Additionaly, tha same effect can be observed without playing video. My favorite kodi skin is Transparency. It's heavy animated and I can see the same artifacts on skin animations. Enough to fast mouse move on main screen menu.

This issue definitely needs to be addresed.

I hope you know :-) But actually gui rendering issues does not bother me so much... video is most important. I was in hope changes you have in mind can also fix gui rendering.

Also on the older image? I only have the GUI rendering bug since newest build. (prob. related to mali)

Older seems to be the same. You need fast animations to see that

This is due to incorrect ripping. The difference between interlace and progressive scan. You need a program for deinterlacing.
