I'm trying to install Ubuntu on orange pi 5 plus emmc, but I'm having a problem.
I'm going through the manual, but when I run RKDevTool_Release_v3.15, "Loading config file failed!" A message appears.

Because of the above, you cannot proceed further.

Also, when connecting to a PC via USB C-type, it is difficult to understand by looking at the manual whether you have to press the button on the Orange Pi and turn it on.
